    As Founder and President for AffiniCorp, Mr. Clark is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Advisory Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies for growth, risk mitigation strategies and corporate policy. Mr. Clark has a broad leadership background with more than 20 years as an entrepreneur, strategic analyst, sales management and end-user developer in global markets.

    Prior to founding AffiniCorp he served in several start-up companies, sales-marketing, strategic and product development capacities with various medical companies including W. Lorenz (a Biomet subsidiary), US Surgical, Surgical Dynamics, Healthcare Surgical, Ortho Development, and Medicrea, USA.

    Mr. Clark is an expansive thinker with an outstanding portfolio of achievement implementing new business technologies, delivering innovative business solutions, and facilitating transitioning operations with a high level of ethics and risk management alternatives. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas – Dallas.

    Mr. Gilchrist, Ph.D. comes to AffiniCorp with over 20 years at the executive level in healthcare, higher education and strategic consulting for both non-profit, and for profit organizations. As the CEO, Gilchrist will facilitate expansion efforts into emerging markets and assist in molding the strategic infrastructure.

    Gilchrist most recently consulted and designed alignment and operations for an early stage molecular diagnostics company, increasing sales from $700,000 to $19 million annually. Previously, as the Executive Director with the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center he designed a better alignment of six health care organizations via development of common infrastructure, shared facilities, clinical support systems and clinical planning.   Preceding the Executive Director appointment, Gilchrist served at the University of Louisville, working in the Office of the President and spending the last 7 years as Associate Vice President for Health Affairs. During his tenure he also participated in the creation of the University’s business incubator, successfully leading the launch of an industry pioneer pharmacogenetics service company.

    As Executive Vice President, Mr. Brady is responsible for overseeing corporate compliance, for helping achieve financial goals and objectives and improving operating performance. Mr. Brady’s professional career spans more than four decades of experience in computer science, information technology, and integration of multi-vendor technical systems.

    Prior to joining AffiniCorp Mr. Brady has served in various project management, co-developing, strategic implementation and CEO leadership positions with companies such as General Electric, Westinghouse, Data network (a division of Honeywell Corp.), and IXP Corporation. His expertise lies in his ability to understand the multiple facets of complex healthcare IT-related issues that impact organizational success and then use technology solutions to enhance practice and billing operations, financial performance, business development, and project management.

    Mr. Brady earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Bellarmine University.

    As Directory of Laboratory Services, Dr. Jenson provides scientific leadership and direction to the laboratory operations and to the research and development programs at AffiniCorp. With over five decades of proven excellence, leadership, and as a “thought leader”, Dr. Jenson has, by far, some of the most pursued accolades that an MD in his area of expertise could try to achieve. He is a sought after speaker, moderator, and scientific advisor. Pathologist of record on at least 10 different research grants at the University of Louisville and has 170 peer-reviewed publications, 30 chapters, and a Research Gate Score of 44.98. Dr. Jenson joined Georgetown University in 1980 for human papillomavirus (HPV) research and subsequent invention of an HPV vaccine.

    He has since been leading the way in the research community via, acting Senior Scientist and Professor of Vaccinology, James Graham Brown Cancer Center, University of Louisville, KY. He also holds the position of Associate member of Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Biochemistry and Genetics, University of Louisville Senior Scientist, Division of Marine Mammal Research and Conservation, Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, Inc., Ft. Pierce, FL. Dr. Jenson holds doctor of medicine and master of science degrees from Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

    As Director of Program Development, Mrs. Wilson will spearhead the identification, development and implementation of strategies that will maximize the synergies among the company program areas. Mrs. Wilson’s professional career spans more than three decades of experience in hospital construction and medical equipment acquisition, as well as supply chain management and business development for healthcare management groups.

    Prior to joining AffiniCorp Mrs. Wilson spent a number of years in with Humana as well as serving in National Accounts and Business Development for General Electric Medical, as Director of Business Development for National Accounts at Siemens Medical and served Surgical Navigation Network as Director of Business Development. Her expertise lies in her ability to understand the challenges facing the healthcare marketplace, identifying opportunities that bring value to a specific customer base and developing solutions that maximize financial performance. Mrs. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Bellarmine University.

    As HR Director, Mrs. Alexander is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resources department.  Mrs. Alexander also supervises and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.  Mrs. Alexander’s professional career spans more than four decades of experience in computer/information technology, Licensing and Certification.

    Prior to joining AffiniCorp, Mrs. Alexander has taken on the role as Executive Assistant to several CEO’s, Presidents and Vice Presidents.  Other positions include HR Director, Office Manager and Purchasing Agent for a Laboratory Supply Company (LABSCO).  In 1997 while working for ICI Paints (Devoe Paint/Glidden), Mrs. Alexander managed over 100+ National Accounts as Coordinator implementing Vendor rebates and contracts.  Mrs. Alexander received her Associates Degree in Secretarial Sciences from Campbellsville University.
